Current Holman One services:

1. Speed Check - Your "Speed Training 101" class. $200 includes a Mach3 Jetstick, a short physical assessment, an intro to speed training, and a lot of gains immediately! Some clients have gained over 20 yards just from this first session. Email/text me to setup your speed check.

2. Workout classes -  Package of 10 classes for $200. Once you've done your Speed Check, come join us Mondays or Wednesdays at 5pm to keep your speed gains going.

3. Sportsbox 3DGolf lessons - $50 per 30 minute session or package of 5 lessons for $200.

4. Online store for purchasing options - I sell Rotex Motion, Mach3 tools, SuperSpeed sticks, PRGR launch monitors, and other tools and class options

5. Putting visualization - Currently only doing 1 on 1 putting lessons with the use of training aids to improve your visualization, alignment, and putting.

6. Full Player Development programs - For high school students looking to play in college or for anyone looking to improve all areas of your game, check out my offerings in the image below.
